You will feel at home as soon as you enter this sumptuous villa. The large living room is divided into two parts and offers you an opening to the outside with its large windows that let the light diffuse into the villa... a real pleasure. On one side the living room with its sofa, fireplace and television. On the other hand, the dining room with its large family table for convivial meals. Following the dining area, you will have access to the fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board with direct access to the terrace, where there is a bar and a barbecue. The night side is located on the first floor or on the side of the Prestigia villa with direct access to the swimming pool and furnished terrace. 5 rooms equally comfortable with each other.
