The villa overlooks a pine forest, which is perfect for family walks, and within the fenced park there are large terraces surrounding the property, a separate barbecue area, a children's play area, a trampoline and Table tennis. The private swimming pool is located at the front of the property and is finished in modern concrete with a large concrete terrace and an outdoor shower. The current house is spread over 2 floors: On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a large corner sofa, a sitting area and a TV with access to a shaded terrace at the rear of the property. There is also an open plan kitchen and dining area which lead out onto a large terrace at the front of the property with another dining area overlooking the pool. There is also a toilet downstairs. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool and forest. There is private parking for at least 2 cars and we recommend having a car to explore the area full of historic sites. The property is a 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Playa Llarga and La Mora with their many amenities. The historic Roman city of Tarragona, whose famous ruins have been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is less than 10 minutes away by car. The Port Aventura theme park with its new Ferrari land and water parks is only minutes away by car. Very close to the property is the Costa Dorada Golf Club which hosted the Mediterranean Games. The club also has an 18 hole Pitch & Putt course perfect for beginners and children. There are clay tennis courts and paddle courts.
