One can rent the house all year round, either summer with the great outdoor facilities and the heated swimming pool, or during the winter, with the spa and the roaring fireplace. The interior decoration is chic with subtle tones and soft fabric. The master bedroom is offering total privacy from the rest of the accommodation with its terrace for candlelight moments. Additional rules:
Le montant de la caution est fixé à 2 000 € . Cette somme est à verser au moment du paiement du solde. Elle sera restituée dans un délai maximum de 7 jours après le départ du client à condition qu’aucun dégâts, vols, pertes ne soient constatés.
Le dépôt de caution est complété par les informations de la carte bancaire à communiquer à notre agence.
Ces renseignements permettent d’honorer la caution en cas de frais engendrés par des dégâts, pertes et/ou vols pouvant survenir dans la villa pour un montant supérieur à 2000 € lors du séjour. Si tel était le cas, après en avoir informé notre partenaire par écrit et lui avoir fourni la copie des factures, d’utiliser les renseignements de sa carte de crédit pour procéder au remboursement du aux dégâts, vols, pertes qui relèvent de la responsabilité du client ou de ses invités.
Si pour une raison ou une autre le client ne souhaite pas communiquer les informations de sa carte de crédit à Flh, la réservation de la villa sera annulée de plein droit.
Un état des lieux sera effectué au début et à la fin du séjour en présence du client et du concierge de la villa. Un exemplaire d’état des lieux avec photos à signer sera remis au client à son arrivée par le concierge et une décharge sur
tous les points d’eau de la villa ainsi que pour l’utilisation de la cheminée intérieure.
