The large lounge has a bar area, a Tv, a fireplace with insert and a dining area. The 20m2 kitchen is totally independent and fully equipped: oven, hotplates, kitchen utensils, refrigerator... overlooking the second terrace with arbour, well equipped to make good meals out of the sun and good barbecues. A laundry room is also at your disposal : 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, refrigerator, ironing equipment.
